Initiate Your Request
Log into your Veromontezza account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items back into their original designer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Return
Affix the provided prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
